ELTA Division is looking for an Operations Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee project operations from initiation through system integration, licensing, and delivery

• Apply project management methodologies and supply chain processes

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to support decision-making and project objectives

• Collaborate within a matrix structure with engineering and manufacturing teams across the organization

• Serve as a key interface with clients and subcontractors, both domestic and international

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Logistics – mandatory

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or production planning (Tohnit Nihul Yitzur – תנ"י) – mandatory

• Proven experience working with subcontractors and customers – mandatory

• Solid background in operations and supply chain management

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office – mandatory

• High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Strong personal accountability and the ability to manage complex tasks end-to-end
