Plant Engineering Manager | Senior Role | Northern Israel | Global Industrial Company
A leading global industrial company is seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to lead multiple technical and operational departments and support the ongoing operations of a large-scale manufacturing site in Northern Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for engineering support systems across the site, including infrastructure, maintenance, construction, safety & fire systems, security, housekeeping, and administration.
- Management and development of department heads and fostering synergy across the engineering functions.
- Direct support to the Plant Manager in all aspects of site operations, including emergency preparedness and collaboration with external stakeholders and authorities.
Requirements:
- Proven managerial experience (at least 5 years) in technical/engineering domains, including managing other managers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High learning agility and ability to operate in multidisciplinary environments.
- Experience in managing complex engineering projects, strategic planning, and process integration.
- Coaching and leadership development capabilities.
