We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Financial Controller (CPA) to join our fast-growing fintech startup and play a key leadership role in our financial operations.

This is a strategic, high-impact role reporting directly to the CFO, offering a unique opportunity to help shape our financial infrastructure as we continue scaling globally.

We develop digital payment tools and performance-based systems for financial markets. Our HQ is in Petah Tikva, and we work closely with international teams worldwide.

What You’ll Do

*Financial Leadership & Reporting

Lead day-to-day finance operations and reporting.

Prepare and submit accurate financial statements and management reports in English.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Collaborate with the CFO on strategic financial decisions.

*Compliance & Control

Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with international regulations.

Implement internal controls and audit-ready documentation.

Work closely with legal and compliance on regulatory updates.

*Payments, Risk & Optimization

Manage affiliate payments, PSP reconciliations, and payment operations.

Identify opportunities for profitability improvement and risk mitigation.

Lead fraud prevention initiatives and monitor financial activity.

*Teamwork & Cross-Department Collaboration

Build and mentor a growing finance team.

Work closely with sales, operations, data, and legal to align financial planning with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

*Certified Public Accountant (CPA)- a must.

*Experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.

*Strong experience in financial reporting and presenting reports in English.

*High-level English (written and verbal) – a must.

*Background in a fintech / tech / global company – an advantage.

*Experience working with international teams – a big plus.

*Independent, detail-oriented, and business-minded.
