Location: Petah Tikva, Israel | Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9AM-6PM, Friday 9AM-2PM (before Shabbat)

What You'll Do:

Optimize financial operations: Manage affiliate payments, revenue tracking, and PSP reconciliation

Drive compliance & tax strategy: Ensure regulatory adherence while minimizing tax liabilities across international markets

Scale financial systems: Build structures that support growth and evaluate new product/partnership opportunities

Lead & collaborate: Build a high-performance finance team and work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and compliance teams

Requirements:

✅ CPA certification required - non-negotiable

✅ High-risk industry experience essential: FX trading, Gaming, Payment processing, or EMI operations

✅ Proven track record managing complex financial operations in fast-paced environments

✅ Deep understanding of international compliance, tax strategies, and regulatory frameworks

✅ Experience with fraud prevention, risk management, and affiliate payment systems

✅ Leadership experience building and scaling finance teams

✅ Fluency in English and Hebrew preferred
