UAT Functional Tester

NESS is looking for a skilled Functional UAT (User Acceptance Tester) to test and certify new capabilities that will improve ITAM processes and will impact employees experience.

Hybrid temporary role in Ra'anana, with potential to extend.

The role includes understanding business requirements and solution design (high-level design documents) for new and enhanced ITAM capabilities.

Responsibilities include creating and implementing UAT testing strategies and test plans based on defined requirements and acceptance criteria.

Another key responsibility is developing detailed test cases to validate software functionality, including configuration checks, data validation, and both positive and negative use cases.

Required Skills & Experience-

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing – mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) – mandatory. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) is a plus.
• Experience with supply chain processes – mandatory.
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
• Proactive, strong self-learning ability, multitasking skills, and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow, especially the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module – significant advantage.
