Payroll and Bookkeeping Manager

One of our clients, a young and rapidly growing fintech company based in central Tel Aviv, is looking to hire a Payroll and Bookkeeping Manager.

Company location: Tel Aviv (2 days from home)

Number of employees: Approximately 105.

This position reports to: VP Finance

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of employee payslips, including ongoing coordination with an external payroll operator.
• Bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and managing supplier and customer accounts.
• Regular reporting to governmental institutions: National Insurance, VAT, and Tax Authority.
• Processing supplier invoices using the Dokka accounting platform.
• Executing payments to suppliers.
• Issuing invoices to customers.
• Assisting with monthly closing tasks: accounts payable, revenue recognition.
• Preparing materials for balance sheets and financial reporting.
• Handling daily financial tasks and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a standalone role within a high-tech company – mandatory.
• Proficiency in Priority software – mandatory.
• Experience with Shiklulit payroll system – mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory.
• Good English (ability to work with international counterparts).
