We’re Hiring: Junior Monitoring Specialist (Control & Monitoring)

Junior Control and Monitoring Specialist to join our high-performing Control & Monitoring team.

What You’ll Do:

Perform real-time monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure: servers, networks, databases, and operating systems.

Identify and respond to incidents in real time, including during off-hours.

Develop and support workflows using Apache NiFi or CAWA (Broadcom).

Maintain and operate leading monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Netcool, SCOM, Elastic, and Grafana.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps, and others.

Participate in on-call rotations and provide hands-on support during critical events.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Control & Monitoring role – Must

Familiarity with at least one major monitoring tool (Zabbix, Netcool, SCOM, Elastic, Grafana) – Must

Experience with Apache NiFi – major advantage.

Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell, Perl) – Must

Understanding of SNMP and SYSLOG – Must

Experience working with REST APIs and data formats such as JSON/XML – Must
