We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and align efforts across acquisition, CRM, and social media channels while managing direct relationships with our B2B clients.
This role bridges internal marketing functions and client-facing communication, ensuring seamless campaign execution and value delivery across the customer journey.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Serve as the main marketing point of contact for B2B clients.
- Collaborate with acquisition teams on performance marketing campaigns tailored to client
- Work with CRM to design and deploy personalized lifecycle communications.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify effective promotional tactics.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign success and opportunities for
- Communicate marketing campaign key performance indicators and targets
- Analyse marketing performance across channels to deliver actionable insights.
- Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects.
- Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports to clients/management.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including CRM, paid media, and social.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Good IT skills including strong experience of MS Excel, Word and Outlook etc.) and
- Comfortable in a highly competitive, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment
- Clear communication skills, proactive, creative, independent, inquisitive with broad
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills.
