AR Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite (required) and Zuora (preferred), and will take ownership of customer billing, collections, and reconciliation processes. This role extends beyond classic AR bookkeeping to include oversight of the integration between Zuora and NetSuite and managing complex invoicing across multiple tax jurisdictions and entities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer invoicing using NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate billing across global entities
• Monitor and reconcile AR aging, ensuring timely collections and communication accounts and billing team.
• Issue and track credit memos, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with company policy
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and manage incoming payments
• Monitor and validate the data flow and integration between Zuora and NetSuite, identifying and resolving sync issues
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations across different countries and U.S. states (e.g., VAT, sales tax)
• Support the month-end close process, including AR reconciliations and revenue reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams to support billing needs and resolve issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in AR or bookkeeping roles, ideally within a SaaS or multi-entity environment
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite – requiredExperience with Zuora – a strong advantage
• Knowledge of indirect tax (VAT, sales tax) and international billing practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent communication skills in English
