Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly/quarterly analytical analyses of financial results and report required explanations.
- Weekly & monthly cash flow reporting including forecast
- Responsibility for the package report of the subsidiaries
- Responsibility for processes and controls over financial reporting.
- Collaborate with finance personnel in group companies.
- Work closely with bookkeepers; Support and advise bookkeepers.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of the company's assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Work closely with internal organizational functions.
- Handle monthly accruals and manage fixed assets.
- Utilize ERP systems; familiarity with the Priority system is a plus.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (IFRS).
- Prepare financial statements and tax reports in Israel include consolidate tax report.
- Familiarity with incentive topics and investment centers is advantageous.
- Implement and oversee internal controls within the organization (ISOX).
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms.
- Full proficiency in Excel; significant advantage if familiar with the Priority system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Full-time position with a willingness to work additional hours as needed.
