System Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central and influential role in shaping the digital products and processes that impact millions of users, while working with senior stakeholders across a dynamic, complex organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and refine business requirements across digital projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage client relationships
• Oversee cross-functional teams and external partners
• Collaborate with business, development, QA, and UX throughout the product lifecycle
• Perform gap analysis between systems and business needs
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and task execution
• Prioritize and maintain the development and QA backlog

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in systems analysis, writing technical specifications, and working with databases and APIs.

• Proven experience in specifying WEB and MOBILE applications

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong control over timelines and deliverables

• Background in software development and architectural understanding — an advantage

• Experience in the insurance and finance sectors — an advantage
