What’s the Job?

As a Team Lead at Novidea, you'll play a key role in shaping our product, built on the Force.com platform. You'll lead a talented team of developers, drive technical excellence, and help scale our platform to new heights.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire – Guide a full-stack development team through architecture, design, development, and production
• Mentor & Grow – Coach team members, conduct code reviews, and instill best practices.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust and scalable solutions.
• Recruit & Scale – Attract and onboard top talent to strengthen your team.
  
  

• 5+ years of development experience (+2 Java).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience building complex web-based systems.
• Strong SQL & relational database skills.
• Knowledge in asynchronous communication and microservice.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
• Bonus: Experience with Force.com/APEX development.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
