We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Business Partner to lead digital transformation across Israel and the Functional zone. This is a key role that bridges business needs with digital innovation, ensuring alignment, execution, and impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a trusted partner to Israel’s leadership and sales teams
- Drive digital transformation initiatives
- Lead IT operations and services, ensuring excellent employee experience
- Own the zone’s IT budget and performance metrics
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement
- Act as the territory E.IT/Digital leader
🔹 What You Bring:
- 5+ years of IT experience, ideally in innovation or transformation roles
- Proven success in leading IT projects and managing digital budgets
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and GDPR
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
