PhaseV (HQ in Boston, R&D in Tel Aviv) is a startup at the forefront of advancing clinical trials through innovation and technology. We leverage cutting-edge causal machine learning and reinforcement learning, as well as advanced software, to transform the way clinical trials are designed, executed, and analyzed. Our team is composed of a unique combination of tech, Machine-Learning, and data science experts together with clinical and pharma veterans enabling us to accurately bring the latest technology advancements into the clinical development process. We have built a proprietary platform for the design and execution of advanced adaptive clinical trials, as well as developed a causal-ML pipeline for retrospective analysis. We raised $15M in funding in 2023 to support our rapid growth and groundbreaking work.

The Position

We are in search of a Senior project manager for our IL office to lead our project management efforts. We are growing quite rapidly in the quantity and complexity of the projects we are managing for biotech, CROs, and Big-pharma. Each project is composed of different fronts (from finalizing the BD efforts, formation of the deal and milestones, scientific and technical alignment (both external and internal), onboarding, and multi-step complex execution across multiple R&D disciplines, which includes back-and-forth communication with the customer, scientific publications, land & expand strategy, etc.). This role will be responsible for making it all happen, while allowing us to connect the different parts (both external and internal), and support growth and scale.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead our project management efforts, including external communication and internal alignment
• Build the project management infrastructure and procedures in the organization
• Support the successful execution of a handful and then dozens of projects (and growing), track project performance, timelines, lead escalation paths, problem-solving, and the collection and implementation of feedback. Track progress and results vs. goals and expectations and highlight potential conflicts or opportunities.
• Lead the creation of materials required for execution of projects, as well as deliverables and internal documentation - both templates and ad-hoc materials for each project.
• Develop expansion strategies for the different kinds of customers (CROs, biotech, big pharma) and lead the expansion efforts as well as relationship-building
• Lead internal learning processes from project execution, and the continuous improvement of the project management procedures
• Provide insights as well as materials for the BD and sales to leverage the projects for business development
