The Role

Account Manager Intern (Remote) – Client Relations & Growth Focus

Location: Remote | Type: Internship (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Duration: 3–6 months | Compensation: Unpaid, with potential for full-time offer

Pearl Lemon is a globally distributed digital marketing and business growth agency with a team of 100+ professionals spanning 4 continents. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Manager Intern to help support and grow client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring tasks and deliverables are met
• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PR, Sales, Content) to execute client strategies
• Communicate with clients via email and Zoom to provide updates and gather feedback
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and help optimize campaign performance
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention efforts
