Project Manager

Description

Fiverr is preparing for a strategic relocation of its Israel office, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead this high-impact initiative. This is a full-time role, embedded within our Operations department, and focused on driving a seamless transition to our new office space.

While the primary responsibility will be leading the relocation project end-to-end, the role also includes supporting day-to-day tasks within the Workplace & Operations team, contributing to the broader operational success of the Israel site.

The ideal candidate is a structured, hands-on leader with excellent interpersonal skills, strong vendor management capabilities, a proven track record of managing complex workplace transitions, and must have exceptional attention to detail. Experience in a tech or startup environment is a significant advantage.

The position is fully on-site (not hybrid).

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Project Leadership & Planning- Own the full life cycle of the office relocation project: planning, execution, and close-out.
• Stakeholder Communication - Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Legal, Finance, Workplace, IT, Security, HR) and external vendors (architects, designers, contractors), and run regular status meetings and ensure clear, transparent communication across all levels.
• Vendor & Budget Management - Lead RFPs, manage service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendor performance meets Fiverr’s expectations.
• Execution & Transition- Manage construction, IT, and safety setup for the new office. Coordinate employee move and transition, including change management. Evaluate and close the project post-move.
• Operations Support (Ongoing)- Supports facilities, vendor coordination, and office services. Partners with the Workplace team to resolve daily issues and maintain a productive office. Assists with budgeting, reporting, and Operations initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in office relocation, construction, or workplace design.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience in a technology or startup facility and environment is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
