Mechanical Engineer – Project Leadership

A leading technology company in the north is seeking a Project Manager to lead processes involved in transitioning complex systems from development to production.

Defining and building the product dossier during development stages and managing the transition process from development to large-scale serial production

Engineering leadership of products – expertise and experience in managing projects from prototype to serial production, including production line planning, cost analysis, and coordination with suppliers

Defining and specifying production and testing requirements, including test procedures and designing customized jigs for approval processes

Collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams across the organization

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory

Master’s degree in Systems Engineering – an advantage

Proven experience in mechanical design of complex, multidisciplinary systems – mandatory

Experience in transitioning from development to production – leading projects from design and prototyping to serial production

Full proficiency in SolidWorks and the ability to read technical drawings
