Contract Manager

We're looking for a Contracts Manager for Elta Systems, a division and subsidiary of IAI!

What will you do:

• Responsibility for ongoing communication with customers, including managing formal correspondence and documenting it in company systems
• Tracking and managing contractual obligations and action items
• Preparing responses to tenders and RFPs from a contractual perspective, including drafting price proposals
• Preparing and presenting management reports and information to customers and plant management
• Acting as a liaison between the project and various internal departments, such as Legal, Insurance, Finance, etc.
• Reviewing contractual documents

What are we looking for:

• A relevant academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, Economics, Law, or a similar field – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, contract management, or a similar
• managerial role – mandatory
• High-level English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Experience in large manufacturing/defense companies – an advantage
• Experience in contract management and negotiation – an advantage
• Strong presentation, assertiveness, and personal responsibility
