Project Manager - Power and Cooling Systems

We're looking for a Project Manager to be part of the Power and Cooling Systems Development at the Engineering and Systems Division at Elta!

What will you do:

• End-to-end project management, including leadership and managerial involvement in decision-making across various aspects of the project: technical, organizational, professional, and financial — from contract signing through to delivery to the customer.
• Managerial leadership of tests and evaluations, both in Israel and abroad.
• Ongoing management of subcontractors and matrix leadership of relevant disciplines such as hardware, software, and mechanics.
• Management and monitoring of work packages, procurement processes, and equipment acquisition, as well as risk management.
• Managing the business and system relationship with the customer throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management – required
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering – an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary/system projects – required
• Willingness to travel abroad and work overtime – required
• High-level English – required
• Experience in defense or high-tech companies – an advantage
• Experience in projects involving international manufacturers – an advantage
