Infrastructure Manager

We’re Hiring: Infrastructure & Energy Manager | Tnuva – TEL YOSEF Site

we are seeking for an experienced Infrastructure & Energy Manager to lead and maintain complex utility systems at our Alon Tavor production site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all infrastructure and energy systems, including:

steam boilers, ammonia-based cooling systems, RO systems, compressed air, nitrogen, natural gas piping, and more.

• Lead the in-house infrastructure maintenance team and matrix-manage external contractors in piping and electrical work.
• Initiate and manage cross-site energy efficiency and cost-saving processes, including multi-year strategic planning.
• Serve as the point of contact with infrastructure and energy regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance, operations, and logistics managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory (Engineering degree – advantage)
• At least 3 years’ experience in a heavy process industry – required
• Experience managing up to 20 employees (direct & indirect)
• Strong knowledge of industrial infrastructure and ammonia-based systems – required
• Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies (e.g. Lean) – preferred
• Willingness to work Fridays and irregular hours as needed
• Advantages: Knowledge in steam/cooling system design, cogeneration systems, food industry background, and PI energy management systems
