Head of Compensation Benefits

🚀 We’re hiring: Head of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS | HR Division

Tnuva is seeking a strategic, data-driven and people-focused professional to lead our Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS functions. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CHRO and located at our headquarters in Petach Tikva.

What will you do?

Develop and implement the organization’s total rewards strategy.

Manage compensation cycles, salary reviews, and bonus programs.

Lead pension and insurance schemes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Monitor market trends and conduct salary surveys to support data-driven decisions.

Oversee implementation and optimization of HR systems (SAP ECC, SuccessFactors).

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR business units, and labor unions.

What do you bring?

✔ 5+ years of experience in total rewards in large, complex organizations.

✔ Proven experience working with labor unions and collective agreements.

✔ Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

✔ Hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC and SuccessFactors – a strong advantage.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business / HR / Accounting (Master’s – a plus).

✔ Strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and leadership presence.

👥 You’ll manage a team of 3 and play a key role in shaping our HR strategy.
