Solutions Architect

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solution Engineer to join our team and take a leading role in supporting our partnership with Cerby. As a certified reseller and strategic implementation partner of Cerby, we are on a path to becoming its leading Systems Integrator (SI). This role is key to achieving that vision.

The Solution Engineer will serve as the technical point of contact for all Cerby-related opportunities and projects — supporting both pre-sales and delivery efforts. You will work closely with our internal teams and with Cerby’s own solution and product teams to design, tailor, and deploy secure, scalable identity and access management solutions for our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical discovery, design, and implementation of Cerby solutions for clients across industries.
• Support sales teams with pre-sales engineering, solution scoping, and technical presentations.
• Serve as the trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders on Cerby’s architecture, integration models, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Cerby’s solution architects to ensure technical alignment, best practices, and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Translate client requirements into solution architectures and work plans.
• Provide ongoing technical support during and after implementation.
• Contribute to internal enablement, ation, and process development to scale our Cerby practice.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in solution engineering, systems integration, or pre-sales technical roles.
• Proven experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms, IAM and/or IGA solutions solutions, or cybersecurity tools. Knowledge of both IAM and IGA solutions is a definite plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), REST APIs, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in implementing Zero Trust architectures or Identity Governance.
• Understanding of compliance and security standards relevant to enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting or working for resellers, MSPs, or SIs.
• Technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, etc.)
