מנהל תחום רובוטיקה וקובוטים | Robotics & Cobots Lead

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Robotics & Cobots Lead to join our growing industrial automation company. This role is ideal for a mechanical or mechatronics engineer who has transitioned into technical sales or project leadership, and is ready to lead the robotics activity from both a technical and business perspective.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, integration, and implementation of robotic and cobot solutions
• Define technical standards and workflows in robotics projects
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored technical-commercial proposals
• Support sales processes: demos, simulations, pilots, presentations
• Manage projects from concept to delivery
• Work with external integrators and gradually build an in-house robotics capability
• Collaborate across departments (sales, procurement, engineering)

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics – required
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in robotics or automation engineering
• 2–3 years in technical sales, applications, or project management
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and robotic systems
• Experience with platforms like UR, KUKA, ABB, FANUC – advantage
• Business-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills
• Hebrew – native; English – professional working level

Location:

On-site in Holon, Israel with travel across the country (~50%)
