We are hiring a .NET Team Lead for a high-tech company in the Sharon area.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices
-Design, architect, and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using C# and .NET Core
-Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
-Drive technical decisions and architectural direction for the team and projects
-Manage cloud-based infrastructure and services on public cloud platforms
-Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes
Requirements:
- 5 years of software development experience
- 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead or System Architect
- 5 years of experience in C# / .NET Core development
- Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
