We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create and maintain a wide range of user and business documentation. This includes but is not limited to how-to guides, SDK/API documentation, security and incident response policies, manuals, and reference materials.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop and maintain SDK and API documentation
- Create security and incident management policies
- Design diagrams, tables, and structured data views to support written content
- Ensure all documents are professional in appearance and easy to navigate
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Experience with diagramming tools such as Draw.io
- Ability to produce polished, professional documentation
- Skilled in visual communication using diagrams, charts, and tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the tech industry
- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical concepts
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Basic coding skills
- Familiarity with PlantUML
- Experience with various office suites (Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, etc.)
