About the Role

🎙️ Warmy.io is launching its first video podcast — and we’re looking for a confident, creative, and tech-savvy host to lead it.

You’ll be the face and voice of our show — inviting exciting guests from the SaaS, marketing, and AI world, recording high-quality video episodes, and publishing them on YouTube and other platforms.

This is your chance to build something from scratch and shape the podcast into a leading voice in our industry.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging podcast episodes with founders, marketers, and email deliverability experts.
• Plan episodes, schedule interviews, and prepare talking points.
• Record videos about the product or other topics.
• Record video podcasts via Zoom or similar tools with high audio/video quality.
• Coordinate (or handle) light editing and upload final videos to YouTube and audio platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose clips and promote episodes on social media.
• Maintain a consistent tone and visual style aligned with the Warmy.io brand.

Requirements

• Experience hosting or producing podcasts, especially interview-based formats.
• Comfortable being on camera and speaking confidently about tech, SaaS, or marketing topics.
• Tech-savvy — able to handle recording tools (Zoom, Riverside.fm, OBS, etc.) and basic video upload processes.
• Excellent communication, research, and storytelling skills.
• Fluent in English (clarity and charisma matter more than accent).

• A network of potential podcast guests in SaaS, marketing, or tech.
• Basic video/audio editing skills (or ability to manage a freelancer editor).
