Controller

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Controller to join our fast-growing company and take

ownership of the finance function. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical accounting expertise,

strong analytical capabilities, and leadership skills to oversee and optimize our financial operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage and supervise accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Payroll, and Inventory Accounting.
• Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and Budget vs. Actual analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with auditors and lead the audit process to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the accounting team and ensure high standards of performance and accuracy.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and other financial requirements.

Requirements:

• CPA with an Internship in one of the Big 4; e-commerce and Inventory experience – a bigadvantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or similar senior accounting role with proven experience in preparing and consolidating financial reports under US GAAP.
• Strong command of financial systems; experience with NetSuite – a significant advantage.
• Multi-tasking, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and striving well in a dynamic work environment.
• Accurate and detailed oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills.
• Ability to drive processes result-driven, willing to make an impact.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and yet a team player, highly committed.
• Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement.
• English - High level (writing and speaking).
