As part of our dynamic team, youll offer white-glove support to clients, resolve inquiries, and provide innovative solutions while receiving an attractive compensation package with a signing bonus and loyalty rewards after 6 months!

What Will You Do?

Provide technical support via email, chat, and outbound calls

Assist customers with service-related requests and challenging questions

️ Multitask and use multiple tools to ensure exceptional service

Convert inquiries into outbound calls to deliver the best possible service

Work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with rotating shifts

Key Benefits

Competitive Salary: 1500-1800 euro per month

Holiday & Christmas Bonuses: Equal to your base salary, paid monthly as a percentage

Holiday Entitlement: 22 days per year with compensation for public holidays worked

Your Working Hours

40 hours per week (8 hours per day) with an extra hour for lunch

Rotating shifts: Monday to Sunday, 06:00 AM - 12:00 AM
