RENEWAL PLANNING MANAGER

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of statutory planning processes and urban development projects
• Collaboration with diverse stakeholders: planning authorities, municipal bodies, government ministries, and leading real estate companies.
• Coordination across multidisciplinary planning areas: architecture, transportation planning, environmental consulting, land appraisal, wet infrastructure, and more
• Representation in planning committees, working groups, and public hearings
• Managing timelines, deliverables, and complex stakeholder interfaces
  
  

• Academic degree in Architecture and/or Urban and Regional Planning
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in statutory planning
• Proven experience working with planning authorities, municipal planning committees, and governmental agencies
• Budget management experience – an advantage
• Fast learner with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
