Business Systems Analyst (JDE / Coupa)

Edwards Lifesciences is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in our Innovation Center in Caesarea, Israel to support local users, systems, and applications in partnership with our global IT team with a focus on our Oracle JDE ERP and Coupa spend management systems.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors, ensuring that system solutions meet organizational needs.

This role will focus on supporting Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and related functions while driving process efficiency and system optimization.

How you will make an impac t :

Serves as the primary point of contact for JDE and Coupa application

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for JDE and Coupa in business process area of responsibility

Leads efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by partnering with Finance, Procurement, IT, and other key business stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications

Leads, identifies, designs, and implements information systems to meet business process requirements

Serves as liaison between business process owners in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions and IT. Enable super-users (by training and performing knowledge transfer) to leverage IT systems for business process automation and optimization

Manages day-to-day system support, including configuration, administration, troubleshooting, user assistance, and issue resolution for JDE and Coupa among other applications

Coordinates with global IT teams and external vendors on system changes, enhancements, and upgrades

Configure and maintain JDE modules (i.e. Finance, Distribution, and Manufacturing as applicable) in partnership with the global JDE IT team

Support Coupa modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, and others as applicable) in partnership with the global Coupa IT team

Monitor system integrations, data accuracy, and transactional flows between JDE, Coupa, and other business systems

Configures and tests systems to execute features, integration, and reporting

Works with stakeholders in developing ROI based business cases for enhancements and small projects. Other duties as assigned by Leadership

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.

4 years of Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Finance, Procurement, Distribution, etc. modules)

Strong working knowledge of Procurment systems such as Coupa or

Ariba (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, etc.)

Experience supporting ERP-to-Procurement integrations

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in both Hebrew and English

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment

Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes

Experience managing small to medium IT projects

Experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors

Exposure to integration tools (i.e. middleware, API’s) and reporting solutions

Possess and display sound judgment; initiative; flexibility and detail-orientation

Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation

Provide mentorship to lower-level Business System Analysts

Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail, and perform duties with minimal supervision

Ability to adapt to new technologies in a rapidly changing environment

Ability to map, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces with multiple systems

Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite

Adhere to all company rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
