Ready to drive digital transformation across a global enterprise? Join us as a Digital Product Manager and take the lead in shaping how our teams engage, sell, and grow through smarter CRM solutions.
In this role, you’ll own the CRM product vision, working closely with stakeholders across multiple business units to gather needs, design smart solutions, and deliver seamless integrations with enterprise systems. You'll also champion the implementation of sales methodologies and marketing automation to create one connected customer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end business-side CRM implementation across units — from user stories to solution design.
- Bridge Salesforce with other enterprise systems (HubSpot, etc.) for smooth data flow and process continuity.
- Translate complex business needs into smart, scalable product solutions.
- Support sales performance by embedding sales methodologies into the CRM platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital and project teams to deliver CRM value at scale.
- On-time, on-budget CRM deployments that meet 90%+ of business requirements.
- Seamless CRM integration that boosts lead conversion.
- High adoption of CRM-driven sales methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder alignment, with efficient and accurate requirements gathering.
- Actionable reporting and insights delivered from CRM analytics.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 5+ years in digital product management, including 3+ with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in global, matrix organizations with multiple business units.
Business & Analytical Skills:
- Ability to turn business needs into tech specs
- Process mapping, workflow optimization, and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of B2B sales & marketing processes
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Expertise in defining CRM integration business requirements (in tools such as Workato or MuleSoft)
- Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence
- Data modeling, APIs, CRM analytics
- Clear communicator & influencer
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in complexity
- Strong collaborator, even without direct authority
