We’re looking for a resourceful and driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help execute a wide range of marketing initiatives. You’ll work directly with the CMO across events, digital campaigns, content, PR, our website, and agency coordination. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves wearing many hats, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow with a scaling company.

Responsibilities

• Project manage marketing initiatives across events, campaigns, PR, and the website
• Work closely with contractors and agencies to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, paid media) and analyze performance
• Update and maintain the company website (basic CMS familiarity a plus)
• Draft and coordinate content including email copy, social posts, and landing pages
• Support the execution of trade shows and event logistics
• Help track KPIs, maintain marketing calendars, and coordinate internal alignment
• Assist with press releases, case studies, customer stories, and asset creation

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a B2B marketing role (ideally in tech, manufacturing, or energy)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns and marketing tools
• A strong writer and communicator who can craft clear, concise copy
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, WebFlow, Canva/Figma, Linkedin Ads or Google Analytics
