Operations & Project Manager (AdTech/Marketing)

We’re a fast-growing performance marketing agency, and we’re on the hunt for an Operations & Project Manager who brings more than just structure, someone who leads people, not just processes.

If you’ve got hands-on experience in digital advertising or AdTech, can fluently speak the language of creative teams, media buyers, and developers, and know how to steer projects and people, this one’s for you.

What you'll do:

• Manage team members directly within operations and project coordination functions
• Lead and manage cross-functional workflows across departments (Creative, Media, Tech)
• Take full ownership of project timelines, KPIs, deliverables, and campaign progress
• Build the operational infrastructure to support our rapid scale-up

What do we need:

• 3+ years of experience in operations or project management, with a strong focus on people management
• Proven track record in the performance marketing / digital advertising / AdTech space
• Solid leadership skills: you’ve led teams, handled conflicts, motivated people, and built processes around them
• Strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and a calm, strategic approach under pressure
• Multitasking mastery—you can oversee several moving parts without losing sight of priorities
• Advantage: experience working in a high-growth startup or agency environment
