Role Description

This role for an equity based Co-Founder & COO at ORBITinsure. Located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some work from home acceptable, making it a hybrid role.

The Co-Founder & COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, and leading sales and marketing activities. Additionally, the Co-Founder & COO will work closely with the executive team to align company strategies and goals, and ensure effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
Relevant background in Insurance, or Space markets (best both)
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Leadership and team management skills
Experience in the insurance or fintech industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
