About The Role

We are seeking a highly capable Head of Asset Management to oversee the full lifecycle of property projects - from acquisition review, renovation, and leasing, through to final sale. This role combines strategic leadership, project oversight, legal coordination, and people management. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Project Managers, Asset Managers, Interior Designers and optimize execution across markets, and ensure alignment with company goals, budgets, and timelines. The role requires strong decision-making skills, ownership of complex workflows, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of Project Managers to ensure high performance and goal alignment.
• Take full ownership of project pipelines, from renovation planning to final property sale or rental.
• Support day-to-day troubleshooting and guidance for Project Managers, especially around decision-making and cross-departmental coordination.
• Review and validate property acquisition recommendations; approve or reject based on financial and operational feasibility.
• Build and maintain quarterly work plans, track project milestones, and ensure timely execution.
• Cultivate relationships with property management companies: onboarding, monitoring performance, renegotiating terms, and resolving escalations.
• Manage selection and vetting of our local contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve renovation issues and ensure alignment with scope and constraints.
• Oversee field schedule management, construction timeline tracking, and resolution of execution challenges.
• Oversee rental rates and sale prices
• Monitor departmental activity across all projects and maintain full visibility on performance and progress.
• Implement and maintain operational checklists and best practices for project consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in management of project managers
• Experience working remotely with contractors and vendors
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, process development
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Fluent English proficiency - required
• Experience managing multiple interfaces such as engineers, contractors, and others
• High technological orientation - hands-on with CRM systems and automation tools and AI tools
• Proven experience in global real estate asset management – significant advantage
