About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and service-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues related to social media assets, account access, and LSI environments — ensuring smooth, secure operations across platforms and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email, chat, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot software, account access, and connectivity issues.
• Assist users with login problems, platform settings, and usage.
• Document recurring issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to improve the user experience.
• Maintain support documentation and user-facing guides.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Windows or Mac systems and SaaS tools.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar platforms
• Familiarity with social media accounts or user platforms is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of account security and platform policies is highly valued.
• SQL or database knowledge is a bonus.
