Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Fluent in English
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
• Previous experience in customer service roles
• Knowledge of the bridal industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
