Shift Manager Wanted - Lead a High-Impact Sales Team

We're a fast-growing cyber company working exclusively with a top-tier U.S. law firm, helping victims of online fraud reclaim their losses. As we expand, we're looking for a sharp, hands-on Shift Manager to oversee and support our remote sales team during U.S. business hours.

This is your chance to take on a meaningful leadership role in a mission-driven company, where you'll manage a team making a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives
Managing daily shift operations and ensuring team performance targets are met
Handling real-time issues and providing on-the-spot support and solutions
Acting as the bridge between the sales team and upper management
Monitoring KPIs and reporting on shift performance

What We're Looking For:

Fluent English and strong communication skills
Proven experience in team leadership or shift management - preferably in a sales environment.
Ability to troubleshoot problems, make quick decisions, and keep the team focused
A team player with a proactive attitude and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work U.S. hours (4 days/week – enjoy a long weekend every week!)
