Vice President of Global Business Development

Persona.ly is a global company developing a machine-learning-based RTB platform serving the growth efforts of global mobile apps by managing UA and retargeting campaigns.

We have representations in Korea, Japan, India, Europe, the US, and our headquarters are in Rehovot, Israel.

Our team works closely with the world's most successful mobile apps in the gaming, fintech,

and e-commerce verticals. We provide data-driven insights derived from our predictive models, which process over 4 million transactions a second and have more than 60 data points.

We are seeking an exceptional leader with expertise in mobile marketing to spearhead our core revenue-generating business development and sales activities:

• Provide overall direction, oversight, and implementation of global business operational activities in compliance with Persona.ly’s strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Execute the approach and industry-related strategies flawlessly, communicate it across the international BD team, develop and implement annual plans and budgets for key performance indicators, long-term strategic objectives, and optimize resource allocation.
• Expand our global footprint through strategic partnerships with advertisers
• Lead and mentor 7+ team members, de-conflict international business efforts, provide monitoring, tracking, and measurement of sales goals and activities as a whole, and in individual scope for each team member.
• Use curiosity and research skills to spot ‘what's next’ in the industry, bring new business ideas and concepts, and assist in problem-solving business dilemmas.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A true proactive individual with demonstrated leadership of sales/ BD/ growth activities in global ad-tech product companies- must!
• Well-established network with senior leaders in the global app market
• Passion for excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Exceptional analytical skills to drive decision-making under pressure and in a demanding ecosystem
• Outstanding communication skills, with very high proficiency in English
