So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Head of Information Security & IT to join us.

You will:

• Own and operate Guardio’s Cyber Security posture — across corporate, production, and product domains.
• Lead the full lifecycle of security work: from risk assessment, through configuration and tooling, vendors and incident response.
• Manage the internal IT infrastructure — including team members, external vendors, endpoints, SaaS etc.
• Enhance the Guardio product suite by keeping tabs on emerging threats and new security tools’ capabilities
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, and HR to create security awareness and embed secure policies and best practices across the org.
• Support compliance and audit needs as required (SOC2, etc.), in collaboration with external consultants when needed.

• You’ve previously owned or led infosec functions in a high-growth tech company or security-first environment.
• You have deep, practical knowledge of cloud security, endpoint management, and SaaS security
• You’re confident responding to incidents and enjoy getting your hands dirty with configurations and triage.
• You’ve managed IT operations, whether internally or through partners — and you know how to build systems that scale.
• You’re fluent in the language of risk and compliance but prefer pragmatism over paperwork.
• You’re passionate about new technologies, aware of emerging threats, and naturally bring that insight into your team.
• You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and know how to prioritize what really matters.
