Full Stack Team Lead

A Cyber Security startup developing a cutting-edge security platform for SaaS products is looking to expand its team. The platform empowers security teams by mapping out sensitive organizational data and providing the tools to protect it effectively.

The role includes managing a team of 3 developers while remaining 30–50% hands-on with development in TypeScript/React and Go/Python.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, within walking distance of the train station, and operates in a hybrid work model with two days per week from home.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Full Stack development
• 3 years of experience in team management
• Proven experience in Server-side development using Golang, NodeJS, or Python
• Proven experience in Client-side development using TypeScript and React
