We are looking for a dynamic and Experienced Production Manager.

Join us in leading two of our key manufacturing sites – Vered HaGalil and Beigel Beigel – as we drive operational excellence and innovation in the food industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all production operations, including people, processes, materials, safety, quality, and maintenance.
• Manage large-scale manufacturing teams and department heads to meet production KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and strategic capacity development.

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (M.Sc. is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience managing large production operations (200+ employees).
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing – a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global environment.
