In-House Legal Counsel – Commercial Real Estate (Office Spaces)

We’re hiring an experienced Legal Counsel to join a leading private real estate group specializing in commercial properties – with a strong focus on office buildings across Israel.

This is a strategic, hands-on legal role that blends legal expertise with commercial thinking. You’ll take part in high-value transactions, work closely with decision-makers, and help shape the legal and business structure of the company’s real estate operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead legal processes in acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development of commercial office properties.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and long-term leases.

• Serve as the legal point of contact for authorities, tenants, partners, and external counsel.

• Advise management on legal matters related to real estate operations, compliance, and risk.

• Oversee legal aspects of development projects from planning through execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed attorney with 4+ years of experience.

• Proven background in commercial real estate transactions – must.

• Strong skills in contract negotiation and legal drafting.

• Business-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.

• Team player with excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
