A cutting-edge startup located in the Omer Industrial Park, developing a complex multidisciplinary system, is seeking a System Engineer to lead systems architecture and integration activities.
- Lead system-level design of a complex multidisciplinary platform
- Write system specifications, derive requirements for subsystems, define interfaces, and create integration plans
- Manage integration and assembly processes for diverse subsystems
- Work closely with suppliers and customers in Israel and abroad, including leading technical reviews
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Engineering or Physics from a recognized university – mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a system engineer in a multidisciplinary environment – mandatory
- High-level proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory
- Proven experience in development and integration of complex systems – mandatory
Advantages:
- Experience in defense-related systems
- Familiarity with electro-optical systems, precision mechanics, or control systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and a strong team
player
