AI Product Manager

We are recruiting an AI Product Manager to be responsible for the development and improvement processes of AI and GEN AI-based products. You will work closely with cross-organizational teams including engineering, data science, marketing and sales teams, to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of AI solutions that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and ML technologies, product management experience and excellent communication and leadership skills.

A broad and diverse role that includes:

• Conducting research to identify customer needs, trends and competition, using insights to make product-related decisions.
• Defining and promoting AI and GEN AI product strategy, aligning goals with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Work closely with startups, creating proof-of-concept environments to drive rapid and impactful change, and contributing to building scalable end-to-end solutions.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on feedback, demand, and goals.
• Work with cross-organizational teams to ensure cohesive product development and effective communication.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI products.
• Ensure AI products are user-friendly, intuitive, and meet user needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience, with a focus on AI and ML products
• Deep understanding of AI and ML technologies, frameworks, and tools. Experience bringing AI and GEN AI capabilities to production.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering value through innovative products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or other relevant field. MBA is a plus.
