What You Bring:

• A Computer Science or STEM degree is non-negotiable.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience (Back-End / Full Stack / AI).
• Proven ability to build a lean MVP autonomously.
• Strong UX sensibility, particularly crucial given our female target audience.
• Integrity, transparency, and a true entrepreneurial spirit are just as vital as your technical skills.

We're starting lean with an MVP. This isn't about salaries or VC pitches right now; it's about market validation. Compensation will be equity-based at this stage. This could be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to explore a new venture while maintaining their current role.
