What You’ll Do

• Collect, clean, and organize HR data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure data quality by implementing monitoring procedures and feedback loops.
• Provide training and support to HR users, identifying opportunities to optimize processes.
• Work closely with global HR teams on strategic projects, including compensation and performance management.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in HR systems, IT, or project management within global HR environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, analytics, and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
