We're creating a Virtual Marketing Agency, where each of our clients gets a personal 24/7 marketing team working on their Strategy, Campaigns, Social Engagement, Brand Awareness, and more.

This role is located in Tel Aviv, full-time, hybrid (3 days at the office), next to the train station (Rokach Blvd 97).

You will work on:

• Virtual workers.
• End-to-end platform features.
• multi-participant multi-bot instant messaging platform.
• Contribution to open-source and AI tech (GenAI, LLMs, Agents).

Responsibilities

• Data Manipulation.
• Synthetic Datasets.
• Build AI agents (without langGraph).
• Align LLMs with DPO/RLHF/GRPO using LoRA.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models for specific tasks.
• Pre-train and evaluate models (LLM, FLM, DALM) for our domain.

Qualifications

• Experience with HugginFace, Torch, NLP, MaaS, Research, and open LLMs.
• High proficiency in Python. Advantage: AWS, GCP, GO, Ruby, Rust, Elixir.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Git master.
