Equitybee's mission is to empower all startup employees to participate in the success of the companies they helped build. 

As a Product & Marketing Designer, you’ll be responsible for the entire product & marketing design, guidelines and style. You will become an expert of the domain, and create cohesive, meaningful experiences across our platform and brand. You’ll have the opportunity to design the user experience from the very first interaction with us, all the way through the full journey on our platform. You will create the beautiful UI/UX of a system that handles multi-million dollar transactions and helps employees & investors fund employee stock options and gain access to innovative investment opportunities. 

Qualifications

We’re looking for a versatile designer who can craft elegant product experiences and compelling marketing assets in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

• At least 3 years of experience in digital design, with proven experience in UI/UX design and marketing design.
• Figma Proficiency.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, R&D and Marketing teams.
• Vast experience designing for the web and mobile web.
• A strong online design portfolio showcasing well-crafted web-based products and user journeys.
• Experience designing marketing materials across web, email, ads, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Innovative problem-solver with the ability to simplify complex concepts in a simple manner.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
