GTH Software, a leading software company specializing in the development of online i-gaming platforms, is seeking an Office and Employee Experience Manager to join our HR department.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv, where you will work closely with our HR team to ensure our office runs smoothly and our people feel supported and appreciated.
What you’ll do:
• Manage day-to-day office operations – from supplies, kitchen, and facilities to vendor coordination
• Own the front desk – greet guests, handle deliveries, and be the friendly face of the office
• Plan and execute employee experience activities – happy hours, holidays, internal events, and company vacations
• Support HR operations – onboarding, internal communication, swag, and more
• Be a go-to person for any office-related needs and help foster a positive and productive environment
Who are you?
• You’re highly organized, independent, and great with people
• You bring energy, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude to everything you do
• You’re fluent in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working with tools like Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
• You have up to 2 years of experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a tech environment – a big plus!
• You are seeking a meaningful and stable role with standard hours from 08:00 to 16:00, allowing for slight flexibility within this time frame.
